These services are considered work for hire, which means that you can use these songs in whatever fashion you choose. You may NOT, however, market these songs in conjunction with our names or image.

100% of the price is due upfront via PayPal and refunds are not provided once the writing or recording process has begun. Your session cannot be reserved until payment is received.

The delivery date in this proposal is subject to change if you are delayed in funding the project or sending the tracks / lyrics / questionnaire (where applicable).

Delivery date and session times are based in Nashville (U.S. Central Time).

Tracks and notes must be made available at least 24 hours before your session to avoid a delay in recording!

A key or tempo change is not considered an edit, as this requires a new session / starting the recording process over from scratch.

The Producer’s Package: $350 / song
This songwriting package is perfect for the producer looking for a top line to be written to an existing track, provided by the client. We often work with producers to provide melody and lyric writing over their fully produced tracks! You provide the track and some direction to help us understand your vision, and we take care of the rest!

This package includes:

A commercial song up to four minutes long, written to your track. This includes lyrics and melody writing for two verses, a repeating chorus, and a bridge.

Male OR Female vocals. This includes one compd lead vocal track and one harmony part (with a recorded double for panning purposes).

A questionnaire for you to fill out that educates us on the sound you are looking for and the preferred lyrical topic or content you would like included in the song.

2 rounds of edits: 1 round of edits to the lyrics before recording has begun and 1 round of edits to the melody/vocals if needed
